How do I personlize all outgoing email?

I am a small business owner and I am trying to have it to where my Logo and
Co. info appear in every outgoing email to make it look more professional. (
at the bottom of my email)

BCM does not manage Outlook's email features.

Try your question in microsoft.public.outlook.
