how do I place a fada over lettering

Ctrl+Alt+letter, e.g. for á, hold down the Ctrl key and the Alt key while
pressing the 'a' key. For capital letters hold down the Shift key as well,
e.g. for Á hold down the Ctrl, Alt and Shift keys while pressing the 'a'
key.
