I accomplished this by exporting an HTML version of my Powerpoint
presentation, placing it in a folder on my website, and creating a link to
that folder. The details of each process is available in the Powerpoint and
Publisher newsgroups if you search a bit.
In addition to what the others have suggested, check out JAlbum and Porta.
They are frequently recommended in this group.
