How do I populate fields in a PDF file with data from an access re

I tried scanning my form into a report background, but would always run out
of memory. I have now scanned the form into a PDF file, added text fields
and would like to populate the text fields using information generated from
an access report. How can I do this, or is there a better/easier way??
Basically what I want to do is use code to open an already existing PDF form,
and populate the text fields within it..
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
