How do I populate info from a header to the body of a document?

Hi I am looking to fill out my header and get that same information to
populate automatically within the body of the document. I looked it up and
it tells me to use REFstyle but I cannot get that to work for me. Is there a
way of doing this?

Thanks for the article Doug but this is the one I had referred to before. It
tells me that I have to use REFstyle if the information is in the
header,footer or text box but does not explain how to do this. I also
checked out some REFstyle articles but it won't work for me.

It does NOT tell you to use a REFStyle field, by which I assume that you
really meant StyleRef field. It tells you to use a Cross Reference field
{ REF [BookmarkName] }

The thing is you need to do the reverse of what you describe because you
cannot put a bookmark in the header. So, insert the required text in a
bookmark in one location in the document and then in the header and at the
other locations, insert the { REF } field.

However, maybe you should really be using a UserForm about which you will
also find some information by following the links on that web page.
