How do I post hints on how to use the database on a form?

I want to use MS access to manage classes. I have multiple people using the
data base and would llike to "Post" the supporting material in a Text format
in the Database on the Main Menu Form. So, you could push a button and it
would come up. The data entry person could use the text as refrence.

Any help would be great!
