How do I post reminders with Microsoft

We are using Groupwise with Microsoft 2000. How do we
post reminders for upcoming meetings?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

This is a microsoft office group. You'd be best to direct your questions to
a Group Wise support group like comp.groupware.groupwise.
