I have a preapared a PowerPoint Show (based on pictures), I want to present
it in my TV, using my DVD, is there any way to preapare it that way by
PowerPoint? Other software?

You can google Convert PowerPoint to DVD and turn up a lot of software for
this also. They all have trial versions. I strongly strongly strongly
recommend you try before you buy, because the software may or may not
convert your presentation to your satisfaction.

PowerPoint does not have a native featue for you to do so. You have to use a
third party software, a conversion software.
You transform your pps file to a video file by using this conversion program
then burn the converted file to a CD with a burner. So that you can play the
CD on a DVD player and view on TV.
