How do I prevent a connector from going through my custom master?

Greetings

I have created a custom master shape that is a group of rectangles that can contain text. I then added four connection points to the sides. My only complaint to this point is that the Dynamic Connector is going through my shapes, and I would rather have it go around them. I have looked in the Visio SDK, and it talks about setting the ObjType cell in the Miscellaneous section to 2 to make a routable connector. That is already set, but they still go through my shape. What do I do

Thanks.

I got it to work with ObjType = 1 for 2D shapes.

Also, check out the "ShapePermeable" cells in the Layout section. These
correspond to settings in the Placement tab in the Format > Behavior
dialog. Permeable has to do with connectors going through shapes.
