how do i prevent a user accessing spell checker

I want to setup a laptop to prevent a user from accessing the spell
checker,grammar and theasaurus function anyone got any ideas.

Hi Ian,

Using a custom setup of MS Office set the Proofing Tools
under Office Shared features to 'Not Available' to keep
from installing that feature.
