When someone receives an appointment in MS Outlook, the appointment
automatically shows up in the user's calendar whether or not the user has
acknowledged the appointment in his mailbox. This can be of great nuisance
since a reminder can be set on the appointment to alert the user at the
discretion of the sender.
This happens with both appointments sent from external source, or internal.
Can this feature be disabled so that the appointment will only be placed in
the calendar if acknowledged/accepted by the recipient?
