How do I prevent automatic capitalization with each new line?

When I type a message, each new line--whether it is a start of a sentence or
mid-sentence is capitalized. How do I prevent that?

Don't hit enter at the end of the line. Let the words wrap and it won't happen.

Alternative2: Don't use Word as your email editor.
Outlook > Tools > Options > Mail Format

Alternative3: Turn off Word's Auto-Capital feature.
Word > Tools > Autocorrect Options....
