How do I prevent constant IMAP server quota alerts?

Hi

Using Thunderbird I receive only one alert during startup, but with outlook
I constantly receiver these annoying quota alerts. I know that deleting
emails will solve the issue, but right now I dont have the time for cleaning
out my mail box, but I would desperately like to get rid of the alert.

How do I do that !?!
