We emailed an HTML newsletter, created in Publisher 2003, and sent using
Outlook 2003. We did a test-send to ourselves, and it looked fine. However
some recipients have complained of a flashing text box appearing in random
positions over the Newsletter contents. The complaint has been received from
users of Outlook 2003 and other email programs.
After reviewing our test-send, we, ourselves, saw a similar issue. It occurs
only when the mouse is moved over the newsletter. The text duplicates text
from the newsletter, but it is without any formatting. It flashes
erratically, and prevents reading th newsletter.
Is there a wrong setting? Can we change something to prevent this?
Thanks.
