How do I prevent html fragments from random positioning on a page

Wanda

I am creating a one page website and have a webform in html. When I insert
the html, it appears fine in the preview, but when I look at the site on
another computer, the form always appears at the bottom of the page,
regardless of where I placed the html. I have tried placing the html
fragment into text boxes and into spreadsheet format, it always appears at
the bottom of the page.

Wanda,

Though it could be a number of things, are you perchance building your site
on a laptop, and then viewing it on a desktop? Do both machines view the
site with IE? If the answer to the first question is yes, then read the post
and thread "trouble with JavaScript Pop-up" posted 8/17/06 by
djdefpoints...and especially the last few parts. It may be you are having
the same problem.
