how do i prevent my email from being deleted automatically

i tried to reaearch and research this on my own but i cant find the
answer...I have my AOL email going to Outlook and mail that i've sent and
received a few months back is no longer at the bottom of my inbox list of
read mail and that's the same with mail i've sent a few months. how do i set
it up so that my mail (received and sent) DOES NOT GET DELETED UNTIL I
ACTUALLY DELETE IT? Even so how can i set it up so that any and all deleted
mail automatically goes to my deleted folder rather being deleted from
Outlook all together

Sounds like you've got AutoArchive enabled;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button AutoArchive
