How do I prevent my Outlook 2002 disconnecting very frequently fr.

I use Outlook 2002 (Office XP) & Windows 2000. My emails have in the past
worked well - send & receive from my msn account and other non msn accounts.

Now I find that I receive many messages stating that the connection has been
disconnected from the msn http server - timed out.

Can anyone suggest what might cure this very irritating problem?
