how do I prevent recepients from seeing all contacts I sent email

I have received an email where the "To" said "undisclosed-recipient". I know
I can use the blind copy to hide all the names of the people I am sending an
email to. Does anyone know how to get the "undisclosed-recipient" to show up
in the "To:" portion?

You are in the wrong newsgroup as OneNote is not an email package.

You haven't told us which package and version you do have as your email
software!

General advice: try help and look for the BCC button.
