How do I prevent replies to an e-mail message?

I want to send out an e-mail to a large group of people in my network but I
don't want any of the recipients to be able to reply to it... can anyone help
me with this?
Outlook 07 & 03 witch Exchange 2003.

Simplest solution is do not send it and then there will be no replies. Thought about munging your ady ??
