how do I prevent spam emails coming into my inbox

I have mcaffee spamkiller enabled on my pc but I am getting loads of viagara
emails with poor grammar coming through as well as a huge number of long
rambling nonsense emails, which do actually make grammatic sense, all
purportedly from western sounding names. I don't open them but have my email
set on review so I can read them.

The irritating thing is that they come through but I suspect some legit
emails from people who are making enquiries about a flat I have to rent are
not. I check my junk email folder regularly as the latter usually ends up in
there, then I have to confirm they are friends. When I check my spamkiller
for blocked emails, none show.

Is there any way to deal with these spam emails? Is there a central
authority I can alert to these things - I guess they must be coming from some
internet cafe in the third world somewhere, but there is no obvious marketing
message in them.

You'll have to see if McAfee has any solutions because this has nothing to
do with Outlook and everything to do with SpamKiller.

Set a rule to delete (not permanently delete) all messages from anyone NOT
in your Contacts......
