How do I preview web page in Publisher 2003 without Photoshop

When I try to preview my web page, it automatically trys to preview it with
Adobe Photoshop, which will not work with that kind of document. How do I
change it to preview with a compatible program?

It sounds like your file associations are screwed up. Open IE and use that
to view them. Then check your associations.
