How do I Print a 24 by 36 inch document using HP design Jet 500?

I have created a poster that is 24 by 36. I want to print it on my HP Design
Jet 500 printer. When I look in print preview is shows my doucment on 20
pieces of 8.5 by 11 paper, like I am goin to tape them together.

This article may help, I'm not sure this is applies to Publisher 2003. There is
a similar article available for Publisher 2000.
