I need to print a telephone directly, two pages to a 8.5"x11" sheet of paper.
How do I print it in Access XP?

From Bob Howard's post of 6/23/05 8:45 AM

I finally decided to use a software product called FinePrint
(www.fineprint.com) which acts as a Postscript printer. I give it the
appropriate settings to configure the result as a booklet, and it takes care
of the whole thing.

I think the product costs about $50.00. If so very well worth it.

In the past, I used with some success a third-party product called "Click
Book" from Blue Squirrel Software. I had a problem with one printer which it
thought was using PostScript (which, as far as I know, and best I could
determine, the printer did not use) and would not work because the software
did not support Post Script printing.

If I had a need to do that now, I'd see if my old copy would work on my
current printer. If I needed to upgrade, I'd search to see if there was some
OpenSource package that would serve the purpose. That's what I do for
printing .PDF (and, for that matter, ZIPping with 7ZIP and FTP with
FileZilla -- all of which I found at and obtained from at
http://sourceforge.net/index.php).

If I recall, the price for "Click Book" was around US$50, but that was
several years ago.
