How do i print a Contents Page with chapter hyperlinks as well ?

Have setup one contents page for a Manual with different chapters that have
been hyperlinked so that many people can work on different areas of the
manual at any given time. It is a master contents page. People just open this
page and then open the hyperlink to work from a linked document. Can't seem
to print the master contents page and its hyperlinked documents in one go.
Can print out after opening each hyperlink one after another but thought
could do it in one printout from the master contents doc. Am i doing it
wrong? Can anyone help?

Hi Chrisso-

In order for Word/Windows to print the file it must be opened first, but
that doesn't mean _you_ have to open and close each individual file.

Unless you want to get involved with something like SharePoint, the easiest
way to print all the files (assuming they are in the same directory/folder)
is to use a Windows Explorer window or the Open/Save As dialog box. Click the
first file, then either Shift+Click the last one (for consecutively listed
files) or Ctrl+Click each additional file (if not consecutively listed). Then
Rt+Click either of the selected files & choose Print from the popup menu.
BTW- if the _only_ content of the folder window is the group of files you
want to print, you can just use Ctrl+A to select all, then Rt+Click & print.
