Hi Sharon,
One method for having holographic or lenticular printing
from a PC is to purchase stationery/invitations that
have the hologram built in on either paper or foil or
a set of holographic stickers that you can apply to
your invitation.

Holograms (3D) aren't something that can be printed on
most PC printers quite yet although it's getting
closer http://www.xerox.com/innovation/gloss.shtml
but there are a number of commercial printers that
can do this for you.
