How do I print a landscape 'book' in Office 08 Mac?

Hi;

Thought I could figure this out on my own - but I am about to sacrifice another tree's worth of paper to my recycling box with failed attempts!

Help!

I have series of small documents (8-14 pages) that I would like to print landscape and then fold in the middle (probably staple them) to make little booklets. Try as I might, I cannot fathom the sequence of event needed in Word 08 (Mac) and my printer to do this.

Printer is a Lexmark 530dn (duplex, colour) printer and I am using the latest Mac Office 08 version. (also have the older Office loaded on my laptop, in case there is a 'different' process needed per version?

You use Cocoa Booklet.

Just set the Word doc up as usual, then print to PDF and Cocoa Booklet
will do all the hard work for you. It's a great little program, and the
help will tell you how to set up a shortcut to it and adjust it for your
printer. Version of Word doesn't matter--in fact, you can use it from
*any* program, as long as you are using a Mac. :)
