HOW DO I PRINT A LIST OF ENTRIES FROM MAIL MERGE

I have our Christmas card list from last year entered in mail merge. The
salespeople want a printed list to review (to add to or delete) so that it
will be current. How do I print out a hard copy list for them?

Create a directory/catalog merge and containing sufficient information and
merge to a new document.
