how do i print a message without printing the tracking list

I am interested in receiving a response to my email messages notifying me
that my recipients have read my message. If I print my message after it is
sent, but before it is opened by any of the recipients, the tracking list
will not get printed. However, if one of the recipients opens the message
before I have an opportunity to print it, when I finally print the message,
the entire recipient list is printed which takes up an unnecessary amount of
space in my printout

Depends on what program you're using for your email client, Michael. I'd
suggest you post to a newsgroup which supports whatever you're using. This
newsgroup supports the OneNote program only.
