how do i print a photo a particluar size?

I want to print a passport sized photo. i can resize the image to the
corrrect size but I can't print it. when i come to print it, it always asks
me to chose a particular layout (wallet, contact sheet, full page etc) The
end result is always too large. any ideas?

I would use a photo editing program, size it, and print it from that.

Insert it into Word, stretch to desired dimensions, print the page.
