How do I print a recipe to a 4 x 6 index card?

I created a 4 x 6 recipe card template, but can't figure out how to insert it
correctly to print on the index car

Have you tried going into page setup and creating a custom paper size of 6"
long and 4" wide? Then you can change the paperfeed to manual and insert the
cards one at a time.
