How do I print a two-sided 2 X 4 inch planner (Filofax) page?

I have a document with page size of 2.68 x 4.13. I want to print the pages ON
LETTER SHEET, proper orientation for a page, and two-sided to punch and
insert in a mini Filofax planner. Will punch on left side. I would love to
print 4 to a page, duplexed. I'd be willing to use third-party software if
necessary.

The only pieces of software that I ever found that would do this correctly
for real multipage Filofax paper were the long discontinued Portex and
Clickbook. The latter is a print utility that will work with any application
that prints.

As you are not apparently using real Filofax paper, you may get away with
booklet printing - see
