How do I print a weekly calendar using outlook?

I am trying to print off pages for my daytimer using a week on two pages
view. Everything seems to be set up correctly, however no matter what
changes I try to make, I keep getting my pages printing off beginning with
Thursday, and the facing page being Monday - Wednesday for the following
week. I really want to be able to see one week "at a glance".

I've tried specifying the start day, the view, but so far nothing has made
any difference. Any ideas as to what I'm perhaps doing wrong?
