How do I print an A7 card in word 2003?

I am trying to do invitations and have purchased A7 cards. They are 5x7. I
have selected Custom for the paper size and entered 360pt for the width and
504 for the height. When I print, it's going off the page. I have tried
using the "allow A4/Letter Paper sizing" but this did not help.

The ability of Word to work with custom sizes is reliant on the abilities of
the printer driver. Sometimes it is necessary to use a larger standard paper
size and make up the difference with the margins.

I am having this same problem trying to print a 5x7 page size. The printer
is printing the content on the left of the printer, but the 5x7 paper feeds

You'll probably have to set it up on the next largest size for which the
printer has a built-in definition (probably A4) and make up the difference
with margins.
