How do I print Avery 2163 Mini Sheet Labels? Word 2007 HPC4180 Pri

I was able to print Avery 2163 Mini sheet labels with word 2003. I can't find
the template for Word 2007. I'm using a HP C4180 printer. When I try to build
a custom label I get a paper size errof from the printer.

if you select Avery US Letter in the label vendor drop-down box, the option
for 2163 is there....
