How do I print column notes when printing out an ER diagram?

Hey all, I have created an ER Diagram, added in notes for fields (columns)
created and now I need to print it all out. I cannot work out how to print
out the notes when printing out the diagram. Anyone know if there is a way
to printout the notes?
