How do I print drafts in OE?

Hi -- I have a client whose Outlook Express does not permit him to
print out a draft of a message -- PRINT is greyed out if he tries
File/Print. My copy of OE doesn't appear to do this.

What gives here? Why would one not be able to print a draft?

I have seen a couple of mentions here in the group of turning off
WordMail as editor. Where is this setting found?
