How do I print from file open right-click in Excel?

Print Problem in Excel

I am trying to print from the file open menu, with the following steps and it
will not print this way in Excel Office 03 version. By opening Excel, Clt+O,
highlighting the document and right clicking and selecting print. It just
blinks and nothing happens. I can print from the screen using the tools,
print option. I was able to print this way from Office 2000. Can you offer
any help? Thanks!
