How do I print HTML emails in color?

We are using Office 2007 and have found that with some HTML emails they
preview in color, but only print in B&W. Is it due to changes in the HTLM
rendering engine in 2007, or some other reason (it is not just a single
printer either, and all of the printer settings are OK)?
