How do I print labels from the address book

I have loaded 300 names and addresses into my address book, but from Word, I
am not able to find in My Data Sources the entries I have made to print
mailing lables. If I go to All Files, I can see the folder, but OLE DB
Database Files follows and after I hit OK, I am back to the start. HELP.
