HOW DO I PRINT LEVER ARCH FILE LABELS IN LANDSCAPE

Not while they are attached to the folder ;)

The label form eg L7171 produces a landscape table document - either change
the text direction in the table cell, or create a new custom version of the
label format in portrait mode
