How do I print Mail merge recipients data list

I have entered my mail merge recipients and wish to print out a list so that
others can delete or add their addresses. Can I print the list out prior to
merging etc?

I guess this is what you were referring to in your later more cryptic
version of this question?
Prepare a Catalog/Directory mail merge containing all the fields you require
and merge your data source to it.
