How do I print multiple calendars in Outlook 2003?

In Outlook 2003, you can open a number of shared calendars, side by side with
others. It appears that there is no convenient way to merge that data, or to
just print them all off. That makes it challenging for the people who are
responsible to schedule room resources, to print out a list for security.
Does anyone know of a way to either merge the calendars into one view, print
it out like a report, or print a number of calendars without doing each
individually?

templates will let you choose the calendar but AFAIK, noneo f them will
merge the calendars into one print out. You'd need to copy the appoints to
one calendar and print it.

If you are at all considering the upgrade to Outlook 2007 then do it. The
Calendar Printing Assistant is available for Outlook 2007 and has many new
features such as multiple Calendar printing.
