How do I print multiple calenders on the same page in Outlook 2003

One of our secretaries used to be able to print the weekly calenders from 3
of our managers on the same sheet of paper using a program called Enhanced
Outlook calender. Now that we've migrated to Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003,
she no longer has that capability. She can print the calenders on one sheet,
but all appointments are merged into one and it's impossible to tell them
apart. Does anyone know of an application that is compatibale with Outlook
2003?
