To print multiple slides and your notes on one page, choose File, Send To,
Microsoft Word - Notes next to slides. They will be in a Word table that you
can make changes to as necessary to get what you'd like... by default there
will be three slides per page, depending on the length of your notes.

I'm using powerpoint on a macbook and don't see the "send to--MS
Word--Notes". Instead, it just says MS Word...and it only send the text from
the first slide and has like three or four blank pages. Please please help?
Actually, I found an option in PowerPoint 2007 - under "File" instead of
"Send" choose "Publish" and you'll have the option to "Create Handouts in
Microsoft Office Word"
The result was a 3-column table with slide #, mini slide, and notes... then
you can just delete the mini slide column and expand the notes column
-Lisa (a different lisa than before)
