How do I print multiple text boxes in Word?

I am using an Avery template to make a CD cover. I have put multiple text
boxes in the document, but when I go to print, only one of the text boxes
will print.

I don't know what is on the Avery template but you might like to try the
following:
Open a blank page and fill it with returns. Draw a circle (Draw ellipse with
the shift key down to make it a circle) the size of your CD cover. Create
your text boxes and position them into your circle where you want them. Group
the whole lot and print. I am guessing all you need to do now is position
your circle where your Avery label cutouts are. It doesn't answer your
question but should give you a work around.
