I want a hard copy of my address book. What procedure do I need to follow to
print it?

Specifically, use FIle | Print to print out a listing of your contacts folder(s) where you store the addresses you've entered.

I clicked on the address book icon, clicked on 'print'. The drop down box
did not have a 'print' option.
Am I looking in the wrong place?

Yes, as I indicated earlier, you should be looking at the specific Outlook contacts folder you want to print out, not your address book, which has no print function.
