How do I print only cell contents of a Excel 2007 spreadsheet?

Some of the cells in my spreadsheet have complicated formulas that I want to
save on paper. But the only way that I have found to print them is to cut and
paste the formula as text in a new cell and then print it. There must be an
easier way. The old Lotus 123 allowed me to print any cells as cell contents
only.

Have you tried ctrl+~
the ~ is the key to the left of the 1 key on your main keyboard
