We schedule meeting rooms in Outlook. Each room has it's own calendar.
However, we want to be able to post a list of all rooms and what meetings are
scheduled in them next to the door of each meeting room. This way, a meeting
attendee can glance at the sheet posted next to any meeting room to see which
conference room their meeting is in. This is convenient in this age of
multitasking and brains blipping due to the quantity of information carried
in them!
Have you ever gotten into a building just to forget which meeting room
you're supposed to be in, or what time your meeting was scheduled? If not,
you're better organized than many, many others!
So, how can we cull the information for a particular date from each meeting
room calendar and have that information all print out on a single sheet?

Meeting start time-end time Name of Conference Room
Building Name
