How do I print out full backgrounds?

I'm using the College Ruled template, but when I print none of the lines are
printed. Other templates, such as the To Do List template which appears only
in the top left corner, all print as they are displayed. I would like
College Ruled to do the same - to print exactly as it is displayed on the
screen: vertical margin, horizontal lines and all.

The lines don't print. If you want them to print you'll need to create your
own lines -- maybe scan a sheet of ruled paper? -- and set them as a
background image.

Thank you very much. Even though it wasn't the answer I was hoping for, it
feels good to know!
