How do I print out my contact list (address book)?

Help advises as follows (but there's a problem - read on):

"Print names and e-mail addresses
Click Contacts.
On the View menu, point to Arrange By, point to Current View, and then click
Phone List.
Add or remove the fields you want in your e-mail list.
How? etc . etc."

Unfortunately after I get to Current View, the option "Phone List" does not
appear so i cannot click on it to continue.

What gives?

A far more reliable and robust way to customize printouts of Contacts is to
use a mailmerge.

Version of Outlook?

in 2007, open the contacts folder and go to View menu, Current view - you'll
see phone list in the list of views. in 2003, it's View, Arrange By,
Current view.
